What is ACOD?
ACOD (All Calendars On Deck) keeps all your calendars in sync automatically, on a schedule. Connect your Google, Microsoft, and ICS calendars, define how events flow between them, and let ACOD handle the rest. The goal is simple: no matter which calendar someone books you on, every connected calendar reflects it. You should always be able to say "my calendar is up to date" and mean it.
If you juggle three calendars or ten, manage work and personal accounts together, or depend on calendars that other sync tools cannot connect to, ACOD is built for the same problem: your calendars should reflect reality, all of them, all the time.
ACOD started as a personal fix. If it's working correctly, you should only ever open it to add a new calendar or remove an old one. Everything else just happens.
About us
I built ACOD because people kept booking me into time slots that were already taken.
As an independent contractor working across multiple organizations, I had calendars everywhere with no reliable way to keep them in sync. Some client environments restricted direct API access entirely, so I'd spend time every morning manually blocking out times just to keep things accurate. It never should have come to that.
When a meeting did slip through the cracks, I'd catch it eventually but too late to reschedule or prepare properly. And showing up unprepared, or having to tell someone their meeting conflicts with something else, is just embarrassing. I joke that I rely on my charisma too much in those situations.
